“Art creates happiness, and creation energizes people.” This is the belief of Dr. Fong Waipeng, who has been engaged in painting art education for many years. She believes one’s soul can be healed, and one’s identity, social life as well motivation can be promoted through art learning.
The purpose of the “Fragrance in the Garden ” charity bazaar is to allow a group of painting lovers from all walks of life, who walk together because of painting, to share their art works of beauty and strength. It is from their art pieces we see the joy of painting, their efforts, and the charm of artistic healing.
The Macao Educational Development Research Association expects teachers and students experience a mutual growth of creativity and self-value in the course of co-organizing the bazaar.
