目    的：鼓勵市民大眾積極參加體育運動，保持健康的體魄；透過親子活動，培養從小參與體育活動的興趣；加深家長與子女間的感情，建立更親密的親子關係和協作精神。

參加資格：本澳2015年至2023年出生的兒童及其家庭成員（親屬亦可）。

報到入口 : 奧林匹克體育中心3號閘口 (室內館正門旁)

名    額 : 950隊 (額滿即止)

組    隊：每隊報名3 ~ 4人，由一名兒童和家庭成員（親屬亦可）組成；並以兒童的出生年份作為分組；每次出賽3人（其中必有兒童參與、家長可重覆多次參與）。

項    目：A組競賽以趣味運動會形式進行，內容包括穿越繩網、接力康體跑及投擲，B、C組則進行兩項有趣的康體競賽；每隊以競賽項目的總成績排名；若總成績相同，則以兒童年齡小者排名列前。

獎    勵：獎各組賽事前10名（包括冠、亞、季、殿軍及6名優異獎）。

攤    位：康體遊戲、兒童運動健康資訊推廣站、舞醉龍體驗活動及大型充氣道具等

攤位獎品 : 凡收集指定印花數量可獲贈獎品一份。

紀 念 品：凡參加者均獲贈紀念品一份。

備註：

  1. 報名一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受主辦單位決定的一切賽事規則、條款及安排。
  2. 所收集的個人資料會用作體育活動報名之用並記載於資料庫內。根據第8/2005號法律，資料當事人有權查閱、更正及更新其在體育局儲存的個人資料。所有個人資料會絕對保密及確保安全。
  3. 康體競賽包括跳躍動作，請參加者穿著運動鞋及輕便服裝。
