本屆展覽以 “記憶•遺傳•異變”為主題，匯聚中國與葡語系國家的文化藝術工作者，向觀眾呈現優秀的當代視覺藝術作品。

記憶在文化遺傳的編碼中留下痕跡，並在不斷變化的世界中產生異變。藝術家通過各自獨特的視角和創作，將個人與集體的文化軌跡，轉化為引人深思的藝術作品。這些作品展現東方和西方，乃至全球南方的相互交融，構成全新的藝術語境，引領觀眾思考文化的連續性與多樣性。

展覽分為三部分，貫通過去、現在與未來，展出包括來自中國內地、澳門、葡萄牙、安哥拉、巴西、佛得角、幾內亞比紹、赤道幾內亞、莫桑比克、聖多美和普林西比以及東帝汶等地藝術家的當代藝術作品，還有公共街頭藝術創作，類型涵蓋繪畫、錄像及多媒體互動裝置等。
