兒童是獨立的個體，可以延續「愛」，但不必繼承上一代的創傷。在動盪的夜裡，我們願意傾聽和陪伴，靜候希望的曙光。共同努力讓傷痛止步，為下一代創造一個無痛的未來。

🌟 計劃概述

「夜明燈」家庭支援服務計劃 – 兒童篇關注曾經歷或正陷於創傷的兒童，如成長挫折、家庭環境轉變等，旨在為其家庭提供專業支援，包括：照顧者個案跟進、兒童支援小組及成長營等，幫助兒童過渡成長創傷，適應生活。

🍀 計劃目標

為期五個月內，通過參與三個小組、一個成長營，達至：

  1. 幫助兒童的情緒表達： 藉圖畫、故事等非語言或低語言要求的互動方式，幫助兒童說出曾經歷的成長挫折經驗。
  2. 提升兒童的情緒覺察能力： 藉著情緒表及紀錄冊等工具，加上情緒溫度計、情緒卡等視覺工具，幫助兒童辨識並命名內在的情緒，以及伴隨情緒而來的身體感覺。
  3. 調節情緒： 運用實際練習，學習情緒調節的方法，穩定自己。

🔔 上半年主動小組

每個小組共6節，名額10人，為孩子找到專屬的情緒表達和壓力調節空間。

  • 對象： 8–12歲兒童
  • 時間： 逢星期六下午 4:30–5:30
  • 地點： 本中心 / 戶外

小組時間表

  1. 「陪陪身體」小組
    • 重點：穩定身體反應，學習身體語言。
    • 日期： 2026年2月7日至3月14日 (逢週六)
  2. 「陪陪情緒」小組
    • 重點：自我探索，學習釋放情緒。
    • 日期： 2026年3月21日至5月2日 (逢週六)
  3. 「陪陪自己」小組
    • 重點：安全感，重構成長故事。
    • 日期： 2026年5月6日至6月13日 (逢週六)

🌞 兩天一夜暑假體驗：「與自己好好在一起」成長營

讓兒童學習在群體中照顧自己，重建自信和安全感。

  • 重點： 人際連結，自我價值。
  • 日期： 2026年7月21日12:00 至 7月22日18:00
  • 地點： 澳門 / 香港

💰 費用

  • 每小組： MOP 100 (含成長紀錄冊、保險、用品等)
  • 成長營： MOP 300
  • 豁免收費： 凡參加任兩個小組 + 出席率100%，即可免費參與成長營。

  1. 服務講解： 2026年1月9至11日進行，約30分鐘，親子須共同出席。
